30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- With tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, you'll be responsible for shipping. We do not provide a return shipping label.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, defective product, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care goods (e.g., opened lash products, adhesives, cosmetics)
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
- Gift cards
- Sale items (marked “final sale”)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to us before starting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@yulilash.beauty.
